Job summary

Blink Health seeks a Senior Program Manager, People Operations, to own Leave of Absence and Accommodations end-to-end, partner with HRBPs, legal, and managers, and design scalable people ops infrastructure.

In this senior IC role, you will drive LOA/ADA programs, coordinate with Sparrow and Disclo, and flex into payroll, compliance, and HRIS workstreams while ensuring compliance and an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations with ownership over LOA and accommodations
• Deep working knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws
• Experience managing high-volume leave cases with empathy and sound judgment
• Strong Workday HCM experience

Responsibilities

• Own the Leave of Absence program end-to-end across federal, state, and local laws
• Coordinate with Sparrow to manage full leave lifecycle and return-to-work planning
• Maintain and improve leave administration processes for accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor evolving leave legislation and update policies accordingly
• Partner with Payroll to ensure pay continuation and benefits deductions during leaves
• Own end-to-end accommodations process with Disclo and key stakeholders
• Support broader People Ops workstreams (payroll, compliance, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding)
