Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a senior People Operations specialist to own Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end. You will serve as SME on LOA/ADA and partner with HRBPs, legal, managers, and employees to ensure compliant, compassionate handling.

You will also flex into payroll, compliance, HRIS, onboarding, and offboarding to support a scalable People Ops function. You will build infrastructure for LOA/ADA programs, drive policy updates as laws evolve, and help create a world-class

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People Operations experience with ownership over LOA/accommodations
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL)
• Experience handling high volume LOA/accommodations with empathy and judgment
• Strong Workday HCM experience including absence management and reporting
• Ability to design scalable People Ops infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Own Leave of Absence program end-to-end across federal, state, and local leave laws
• Manage leave lifecycle with Sparrow and coordinate return-to-work planning
• Maintain accurate leave administration policies and documentation
• Partner with Payroll to ensure pay continuity and benefit deductions during leaves
• Own end-to-end accommodations process with Disclo platform and manage complex cases
