Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own LOA and Accommodations end-to-end, while expanding into payroll, compliance, systems, and onboarding/offboarding. You will partner with HRBPs, legal, managers, and employees to ensure compliant, compassionate case handling.

You will drive the LOA and ADA program with a focus on process design, governance, and scalable solutions across the broader People Ops function.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations with 3–4 years owning LOA/accommodations
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL)
• Experience handling high-volume LOA/accommodation cases
• Strong Workday HCM experience — absence management, reporting, data
• Builder's instinct: question and improve processes

Responsibilities

• Own Leave of Absence program end-to-end
• Own Accommodations (ADA / PWFA) process from intake to resolution
• Partner with Payroll, legal, and HRBPs and employees
• Develop scalable People Ops infrastructure and cross-functional coordination
• Support audits, reporting, and data integrity in Workday
