Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end, while coordinating payroll, compliance, systems, onboarding/offboarding, and policy administration.

This senior IC role partners with HRBPs, legal counsel, managers, and employees to ensure every case is handled with care, consistency, and regulatory compliance, while expanding scope to other People Ops workstreams as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People Operations experience with ownership over LOA and/or accommodations programs.
• Deep working knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL).
• Experience managing a high volume of leave and accommodation cases with precision and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own Leave of Absence Program end-to-end from intake to return-to-work.
• Own Accommodations process in partnership with accommodations platform and legal counsel as needed.
• Support broader People Ops projects: payroll, compliance, HRIS (Workday), onboarding/offboarding, policy administration.
