Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Lead / Staff People Operations Specialist to own LOA and accommodations end-to-end, while expanding into payroll, compliance, and HRIS tasks. You will partner with HRBPs, legal counsel, managers, and employees to ensure compliant, compassionate case handling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations with LOA/accommodations ownership.
• Deep knowledge of federal/multi-state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL).
• Strong Workday HCM experience with absence management.
• Ability to build scalable processes and document frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the Leave of Absence Program from intake to return-to-work planning across federal, state, and local laws.
• Own the end-to-end Accommodations process with internal partners and legal counsel as needed.
• Support broader People Ops workstreams: payroll, compliance, HRIS (Workday), onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to audits, reporting, and data integrity within Workday.
