Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end, while expanding into payroll, compliance, and HRIS tasks. You will serve as the LOA/ADA subject matter expert, partnering with HRBPs, legal, managers, and employees to ensure compliant, compassionate handling of cases at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People Operations experience with ownership of LOA and/or accommodations.
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL).
• Experience managing high-volume leave and accommodation cases with empathy.
• Strong Workday HCM experience with absence management and reporting.
• Ability to translate compliance into plain language for employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Own Leave of Absence Program end-to-end across federal, state, and local laws.
• Partner with Sparrow and manage full leave lifecycle including return-to-work planning.
• Maintain accurate processes, policies, and documentation for LOA and accommodations.
• Lead accommodations process with Disclo, coordinating with legal as needed.
• Support broader People Ops workstreams: payroll, compliance, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding.
