Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own key LOA and accommodations programs. This onsite role in Robinson Township, PA partners with HR, legal, managers and employees to deliver discreet case management.

You will manage the LOA lifecycle across federal, state, and local laws, drive the accommodations process from intake to resolution, and contribute to broader People Ops infrastructure and compliance workstreams as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations with LOA/accommodations ownership.
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws.
• Experience handling high-volume leave cases with empathy and judgment.
• Strong Workday HCM experience including absence management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for LOA and accommodations across laws.
• Oversee LOA lifecycle from intake to return-to-work with Sparrow integration.
• Improve leave processes for accuracy and employee experience.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HRIS, and legal for compliance.
• Train managers on accommodations and maintain confidential docs.
