Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own Leave of Absence and Accommodations end-to-end, bringing deep expertise across payroll, compliance, and systems. This senior IC role designs scalable processes and partners with HRBPs, legal, managers, and employees to ensure consistent, compliant handling of cases.

You will evolve into other People Ops workstreams as needed, shaping policies and programs for a high-growth healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations with LOA/accommodations ownership.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL).
• Experience managing high-volume leave and accommodation cases with empathy.
• Strong Workday HCM experience, including absence management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Leave of Absence program end-to-end, including intake and coordination.
• Partner with Sparrow and Payroll to ensure accurate pay continuation and communication.
• Maintain compliant policies; monitor evolving laws and update procedures accordingly.
• Lead accommodations process with Disclo and provide manager training.
• Support broader People Ops projects, audits, and data integrity in Workday.
