Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end, while bringing deep People Ops expertise across payroll, compliance, systems, onboarding/offboarding, and policy administration.

You will partner with HRBPs, legal counsel, managers, and employees to ensure every case is handled with care, consistency, and compliance. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for scalable programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People Operations experience with LOA/Accommodations ownership.
• Deep knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL and state programs.
• Experience handling high-volume leave and accommodation cases.
• Strong Workday HCM experience with absence management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leave of Absence program: serve as primary contact for leave requests under federal, state and local laws.
• Coordinate full leave lifecycle with Sparrow: intake, eligibility, communication, return-to-work planning.
• Improve leave administration processes for accuracy, timeliness, and a great employee experience.
• Monitor evolving leave legislation and update policies accordingly; partner with Payroll on pay continuity.
• Own Accommodations (ADA/PWFA) end-to-end; conduct discussions, assess reasonable accommodations, document thoroughly.
• Train managers on accommodations roles and build confidence in sensitive conversations.
• Flex into broader People Ops: payroll, compliance, HRIS (Workday), onboarding/offboarding.
• Support audits, reporting, and data integrity in Workday.
