Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end, ensuring compliance, empathy, and efficiency. The role will also flex into payroll, HRIS (Workday), onboarding/offboarding, and policy administration to support a fast-growing organization.

You will partner with HRBPs, legal counsel, managers, and employees to design infrastructure behind LOA/ADA programs and maintain confidential documentation while driving

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations with LOA and/or accommodations ownership.
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws.
• Experience handling high-volume leave and accommodation cases.
• Strong Workday HCM experience with absence management.
• Ability to improve processes and build scalable programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate compliance clearly.
• Discretion handling confidential employee information and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own Leave of Absence program end-to-end across laws and policies.
• Partner with Sparrow to manage full leave lifecycle and return-to-work planning.
• Improve leave administration processes for accuracy and employee experience.
• Own end-to-end accommodations with Disclo and complex cases with counsel.
• Support broader People Ops: payroll, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, policy administration.
