Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end, and to bring deep People Ops expertise across payroll, compliance, systems, onboarding/offboarding. This senior IC will design scalable infrastructure and ensure compliant, compassionate handling of every case.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People Operations experience, with 3–4 years dedicated ownership over LOA and/or accommodations programs.
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, and equivalent state programs)
• Experience managing a high volume of leave and accommodation cases with precision, empathy, and sound judgment
• Strong Workday HCM experience — proficient with absence management modules, reporting, and employee data

Responsibilities

• Own the Leave of Absence Program end-to-end across the organization; partner with Sparrow for lifecycle management.
• Own the Accommodations process (ADA/PWFA) end-to-end; conduct interactive discussions and assess reasonable accommodations.
• Maintain confidential documentation; collaborate with legal for complex cases; train managers on accommodations responsibilities.
• Oversee People Ops infrastructure and Flex Support; align with HRIS (Workday) and payroll; support audits and compliance.
