Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own the Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end, acting as the subject‑matter expert on LOA/ADA and partnering with HRBPs, legal counsel, managers and employees to ensure compliant, compassionate handling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations with LOA/accommodations ownership
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, etc.)
• Experience managing high-volume leave and accommodation cases
• Strong Workday HCM experience and reporting
• Builder's instinct to improve processes, not just follow them
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion handling confidential employee information
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Own Leave of Absence program end-to-end across federal, state, and local laws
• Own end-to-end accommodations process (ADA/PWFA)
• Collaborate with payroll, HRIS (Workday), onboarding/offboarding, and policy administration
• Monitor evolving laws and update policies and procedures
• Partner with Sparrow (vendor) for leave lifecycle management
• Support audits, reporting, and data integrity in Workday
• Contribute to broader People Ops projects and initiatives
