Job summary

Teaching Strategies, LLC. is seeking a Senior Manager, Benefits and People Operations to lead benefits programs, HRIS administration, and people analytics in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

You will drive compliance, optimize vendor relationships, and support workforce planning while supervising a growing People Operations team, with a focus on delivering exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive Benefits and People Operations experience.
• Experience overseeing employee benefit programs.
• Experience administering self‑funded medical plans.
• Experience with HRIS systems and employee data management.
• Experience in a SaaS, tech, or high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily benefits administration and health/wellness programs.
• Serve as owner of HRIS configuration and data integrity.
• Lead people analytics, dashboards, and workforce reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, audits, and compliance.
• Partner with Payroll/Finance on lifecycle transactions and budgets.
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
