The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and the continuous improvement of HR processes to support enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
• Project management certification or experience is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations.
• Experience leading HR initiatives in large organizations.
• Strong data analytics to drive HR decisions.
• Proven coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws through training, auditing, and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with business partners to evaluate and improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and cost management.
• Define and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals, supporting organizational change initiatives.
• Analyze HR and business data to inform decision-making and recommend actionable improvements.
• Promote a culture of respect, integrity, accountability, and continuous learning across the team.
