Articulate Global, LLC is hiring a Senior People/HR Business Partner to partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders. You will translate business strategy into practical people solutions, diagnose needs, and help teams grow.

You will drive talent strategy, design effective organizational structures, and lead company-wide People programs, leveraging AI-enabled insights to improve employee experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR, People, or Talent experience.
• 4+ years as a People Partner or HRBP in SaaS or tech environments.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders.
• Strong judgment and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven track record delivering scalable People programs.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating strategy into people solutions.
• Lead talent agenda, workforce planning, and leadership capability for client groups.
• Shape company-wide People programs and measurement practices.
• Use data, AI-enabled solutions, and external practices to improve decisions.
• Guide organizational change, communication, and engagement strategies.
• Own engagement approaches, surveys, debriefs, and action plans.
• Provide strategic counsel on employee lifecycle decisions.
• Manage complex employee relations with prudent risk assessment.
• Drive operational excellence and process automation within teams.
• Raise the quality and impact of People Partnering across Articulate.
