Job summary

Articulate is seeking a Principal People Experience Partner to accelerate business by partnering with leaders to build high-performing organizations. You will translate strategy into practical people solutions, diagnose organizational needs, and influence decisions across Articulate’sProduct, Design, and Engineering teams.

You will shape company-wide People practices, lead change initiatives, and ensure exceptional employee and manager experiences at scale.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR, People, or Talent experience.
4+ years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a SaaS/tech environment.
Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering organizations and advising senior leaders.
Broad expertise across organizational design, performance, and talent management.
Ability to influence senior leaders and operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating strategy into action.
Lead the talent agenda for client groups including organizational design and workforce planning.
Shape company-wide People programs from design to rollout and measurement.
Leverage People data and AI-enabled solutions to improve decision-making and experiences.
Guide organizational change and lead engagement strategies for client groups.
Own engagement approaches including surveys and leadership debriefs, translating feedback into action.
Provide strategic counsel on employee lifecycle decisions shaping the employee and manager experience.
Lead complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and escalation when needed.
Drive operational excellence, simplifying and automating processes at scale.
Strengthen the People Partner function across Articulate.
