Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytics field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in People Analytics, HR Analytics, BI, or related.
• Strong Workday data model, reporting capabilities, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday-centered analytics and data governance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and datasets using Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to optimize Workday configurations and data flows.
• Mentor analysts and translate complex findings into executive recommendations.
