You will lead requirements, configure Workday, run testing, and collaborate with IT, COEs, and global stakeholders to ensure governance, data integrity, and sustainable processes that support enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience across multiple modules.
• Strong HR business process understanding.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Technology partner for assigned business functions, starting with Talent Acquisition.
• Configure and optimize Workday functionality and support testing activities.
• Partner with HR, IT, COEs, and global stakeholders to deliver integrated, compliant solutions.
