You will partner with HR leaders, Sales teams, and the People Analytics function to influence decisions, ensure data accuracy, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytics/HR/consulting experience.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Solve business problems through reporting and analysis to deliver staffing/retention insights.
• Tell compelling data stories to influence outcomes across stakeholders.
• Deliver analytical products and services to Talent Supply Chain and HR leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales HR, Talent Supply Chain, and HR to address critical problems.
• Influence analytics roadmaps ensuring Sales priorities guide People Analytics.
