The People Analytics Insights Manager will be responsible for providing analytical and consultative support to Gartner's Sales HR teams to drive optimal insights into staffing, retention and productivity. This role will ensure analytical best practices and influence the interpretation of insights with a relentless focus on data accuracy, consistency, and scalability in alignment with Gartner's growth.
Creatively solves business problems through consistent reporting and analysis to deliver insights on attracting, developing and retaining associates.
Uses curiosity to uncover insights from quantitative and qualitative data to tell a story and influence outcomes across a wide range of stakeholders.
Delivers the critical analytical products and services to stakeholders such as the Talent Supply Chain model.
Supports senior HR Partner and Recruiting leadership across Sales teams, including proactive identification & solutioning of critical business problems.
Works with internal partners within the People Analytics function and within HR.
Influences product and analytics roadmaps across the organization, ensuring Sales priorities are driving People Analytics priorities.
Provides consultation on critical workforce measures aligned to achieve targeted business outcomes
