Job summary

Gartner’s People Analytics team in Stamford CT seeks an Insights Manager to provide analytical and consultative support to HR and Services & Sales Operations, driving staffing, retention and productivity insights. You will ensure analytical best practices and influence interpretation of insights with data accuracy and scalability.

You will need 6+ years in analytics/HR/consulting, strong storytelling with data, and experience with SQL, Databricks and Power BI to influence leaders and shape
