Job summary

Gartner is seeking an experienced analytics professional to provide analytical and consultative support to Sales HR teams on staffing, retention, and productivity. You will deliver critical analytics products, including the Talent Supply Chain model, and collaborate with People Analytics and HR partners.

You will uncover insights from data, influence leaders, and drive decisions by creating executive-ready content and compelling data stories for senior leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in analytics, HR and/or consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems through curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Extreme attention to detail in producing executive-ready content.
• Ability to use data and business economics to analyze problems and recommend actionable solutions.
• Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with senior leadership to drive decisions.
• Proven track record of establishing trusted partner relationships and influencing leaders and teams across multiple business functions.
• Proven ability to drive actions by creating compelling stories with data.
• Familiarity with SQL data analytics skills preferred.
• Experience with Databricks and PowerBI or comparable tools preferred.
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Irving, TX or Stamford, CT

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and consultative support to Gartner’s Sales HR teams on staffing, retention, and productivity
• Solve business problems through consistent reporting and analysis
• Uncover insights from quantitative and qualitative data and tell stories that influence outcomes
• Deliver critical analytical products and services, including the Talent Supply Chain model
• Support senior HR Partner and Recruiting leadership across Sales teams
• Proactively identify and solve critical business problems
• Collaborate with People Analytics and HR partners
• Influence product and analytics roadmaps across the organization
• Provide consultation on critical workforce measures aligned with targeted business outcomes
• Engage and influence Gartner leaders
