Andersen Corporation is seeking a seasoned People Analytics leader to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce research. You will design studies on employee experience, engagement, and leadership effectiveness, translating results into actionable business recommendations.

You will partner across HR, business, and technology to build scalable analytics products, dashboards, and scorecards that inform talent strategy and leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience applying people analytics, workforce research, or related methods to workplace challenges.
• Experience advising senior HR and business leaders using workforce insights and evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience designing and interpreting employee listening measures and workforce research methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational effectiveness and workforce research; translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Lead employee listening data and measurement; ensure quality and ethical use of feedback.
• Partner to establish strategic workforce planning and talent science analyses.
• Evaluate talent programs and organizational interventions; identify gaps and improvements.
• Create visualized workforce insights and executive storytelling for leaders.
