State Street Corp. is seeking a senior data analytics professional to transform global workforce data into actionable insights for GHR and senior leadership. The role is hands-on, analytics-driven, and partners closely with HR and business leaders to translate insights into action.

You will work with large multi-source datasets, create executive dashboards, and apply ML techniques to quantify drivers of behavior and outcomes. Strong communication is essential for influencing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or advanced reporting role.
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI, including dashboards.
• Strong experience with large datasets in data warehouses or data lake environments.
• Experience with regression modeling and statistical techniques.
• Proficiency in R and Python for modeling and SQL for queries.
• Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive presentations.
• Experience partnering with leadership-level stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Establish new ways to leverage technologies (GenAI, data lake house) to accelerate analysis and insights.
• Transform multi-source datasets into a single data model to enable deeper analysis.
• Apply advanced machine learning techniques to quantify drivers of behavior and outcomes.
• Design, build, test, and deliver executive-ready dashboards and models using BI tools.
• Own analytical deliverables end-to-end from problem definition to visualization.
• Ensure dashboards and models are scalable and aligned with business needs.
• Translate complex requests into actionable steps with minimal direction.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining data quality.
• Communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly.
