Zusammenfassung

State Street is seeking a data analytics leader to transform enterprise-scale workforce data into executive-ready insights. You will build models and dashboards, partner with HR and business leaders, and drive actionable outcomes for senior leadership.

You will apply GenAI concepts, work with Databricks data lakes, and design dashboards using Tableau/PowerBI to deliver scalable, high-impact insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of data analytics, business analytics, or advanced reporting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
• Experience with large datasets in data warehouses or data lake environments (Databricks).
• Experience with regression modeling for business problems.
• Proficiency in Python and R for statistical modeling, and SQL for complex queries.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive presentations.
• Experience partnering with leadership-level stakeholders to translate findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Establish new ways of leveraging technologies like GenAI and data lake house to accelerate analysis, enable new insights, and improve workflows, resulting in deepened insights being delivered at the leadership level.
• Transform large, multi-source, global datasets with varying structures into a single, coherent data model to support deeper analysis.
• Apply advanced machine learning techniques, such as regression modeling, to uncover and quantify the drivers of employee behavior and outcomes.
• Utilize BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI to design, build, test, and deliver executive‑ready dashboards, visualizations and models that synthesize data into meaningful insights for business partners
• Own analytical deliverables end‑to‑end, from problem definition and data preparation through model/data visualization, and executive communication
• Ensure dashboards and models are analytically sound, scalable, and aligned with business partners decision making needs and strategic direction
• Translate complex and ambiguous non‑routine requests into actionable steps with minimal direction from above. Adapt quickly as priorities evolve, while maintaining analytical rigor and data quality
• Interpret and communicate analytical results and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a concise and compelling manner
