Job summary

Popular is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in the People Analytics team to transform workforce data into predictive and prescriptive insights that guide HR decisions. The role involves developing data pipelines, dashboards, and models to support workforce planning, turnover risk, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will partner with the Our People Division and IT to design a datalake and ensure governance, quality, and actionable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Programming, Information Systems, Data Science or Computer Science.
2+ years of progressive experience with disparate data sources and generating insights.
Experience with relational databases and programming languages (SQL, SAS, R, Python).

Responsibilities

Generate actionable insights from workforce data to support HR decisions.
Develop data pipelines and analytical solutions for large, complex datasets.
Build predictive and prescriptive models for workforce planning, turnover risk, and hiring effectiveness.
Create dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools end-to-end.
Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders with clear recommendations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the People Analytics team.
