Job summary
AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst to join the Workday HRIS team and deliver scalable reporting solutions using Advanced, Matrix, Trending, Composite Reports, Dashboards and Discovery boards.
The role partners with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to translate workforce data into executive-ready insights, supporting workforce planning, KPI development and business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in People/HR analytics and reporting.
- Experience building and maintaining Workday HCM reports and dashboards.
- Experience with data warehousing and multi-source data integration.
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for analytics and visualization.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day reporting deliverables and provide operational support.
- Produce standard and customized People reports using Workday and Power BI.
- Develop Workday HCM dashboards and KPIs with stakeholders.
- Translate data into insights and present to leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and support governance across reporting.
