Equiliem is seeking an HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations by analyzing workforce data and delivering accurate reports and dashboards across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning.

You will translate business needs into reliable data solutions, validate results, identify trends, and present insights to HR leaders. Experience with Workday reporting, Excel, SQL, and BI tools is required, with a focus on data quality and privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing HR data and delivering reports and dashboards that support HR operations.
• Hands-on Workday reporting experience with custom reports and calculated fields.
• Knowledge of HR data across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits and Learning.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, formulas and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data validation skills.
• Ability to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRIS questions or technical issues is preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with data governance, reporting documentation and QC practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify reporting requirements from HR leaders, teams, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports.
• Create calculated fields to support reporting needs.
• Validate report logic and data accuracy.
• Reconcile data across HR processes and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor data quality and resolve reporting issues with HR teams.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to derive insights.
• Develop dashboards and recurring HR reports for operations and leaders.
• Document report definitions, data sources, and QC processes.
• Coordinate with HRIS on configurations, security, integrations, and issues.
• Support audits and compliance reporting.
• Test new or revised reports from a business-user perspective.
• Handle confidential employee information per data security rules.
• Present findings clearly to partners and stakeholders.
• Develop user guidance to help interpret HR data.
• Respond to time-sensitive HR data requests.
