Zusammenfassung

AV is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst to deliver scalable reporting solutions within the Workday HRIS team. The role partners with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, as well as Finance, to build dashboards, reports, and discovery boards that reveal workforce trends and business performance.

The role focuses on data integration, analytics storytelling, and governance while mentoring other HRIS team members and driving adoption of reporting best practices across P&C.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT/MIS, Data Science, Statistics, Math or related fields, or 4+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience including 3+ years in a People/HR data analytics and reporting capacity, with in-depth knowledge of People/HR reporting and data.
• In-depth experience of building and maintaining advanced Workday HCM reports and dashboards, including advanced calculated fields.
• Experience with integrating to a data warehouse/data lake and consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Experience and familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day reporting deliverables and operational support of report requests, inquiries and tickets.
• Proactively develop and enhance Workday HCM dashboards and KPIs across the People/HR function.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define business problems, analyze data, and present insights and dashboards for leadership.
• Summarize insights and present findings to executives, hiring managers and HR teams with compelling visuals.
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify data inconsistencies and improve data integrity.
• Translate workforce trends into executive-ready narratives and standardized reporting formats.
