Job summary

Paychex is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to support clients and their employees. You will handle inquiries via calls, faxes, and emails, input data, maintain quality standards, and resolve complex product issues while navigating Health & Benefits portfolios.

Qualifications

HS diploma required.
3 years of customer service experience.
1 year of Benefits Specialist II experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to clients, employees, and partners via calls, faxes, and emails.
Enter data accurately and maintain organization and prioritization in all interactions.
Maintain processing quantity and quality per management standards.
Research and resolve complex product and service issues and document in Client Space.
Advise clients on Health & Benefits offerings and online tools to improve retention.
Assist with benefits setup, regulatory compliance, and audits as needed.
Support onboarding of clients and assist Team Leads and Analysts as required.
