Job summary

Paychex is hiring a client support specialist to assist clients and their employees with setup, processing, maintenance and ongoing support of client accounts. You will handle calls, emails, and faxes, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure accurate processing.

The role includes benefit enrollments for PEO offerings, researching issues, and guiding customers on Health & Benefits online tools. A strong HRIS knowledge and solid organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Experience in customer service (2+ years).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS and benefits administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees and partners via calls, faxes and emails.
• Process benefit enrollments and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Research and resolve product/service issues and guide on Health & Benefits tools.
• Prepare and process basic benefit adjustments and utilization of health plans.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and participate in projects.
