Job summary

Paychex is hiring a Customer Service/Benefits Specialist II for its PEO Health & Benefits portfolio. This role provides setup, ongoing processing, maintenance and support of client accounts, and assists with onboarding and guidance to ensure client retention.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service via multi-channel communications, data entry with strong organization, and researching complex issues to provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience in Benefits Specialist II.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to clients, employees, and field partners via calls, faxes, and emails.
• Performs data input, maintains strong prioritization and organizational skills, and professional communications in all interactions.
• Maintains processing quantity and quality standards at or above minimum standards established by management.
• Researches and resolves complex product and service issues from the field, clients and their employees to maintain accurate and timely responses.
