Job summary

Paychex is seeking a skilled professional to provide high-level customer service for multiple Paychex products. The role focuses on building trusted client relationships, educating clients, and driving process improvements across a range of HR, payroll, and benefits solutions.

You will leverage expertise in HRIS and Paychex products to resolve complex issues, mentor teammates, and contribute to continuous improvement. This on-site role offers competitive pay and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; two years of health & benefits experience preferred.
• Eligible for applicable insurance licensing in all 50 states; background check required.
• Licensing may require obtaining insurance licenses within 90 days of start date; Paychex covers up to two attempts.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates strong relationships with key clients and partners to deliver advanced service quality.
• Consults with clients to identify opportunities to enhance the Paychex service experience.
• Maintains advanced knowledge of multiple Paychex products and industry practices.
