Job summary

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) in the United States seeks a Business Director to translate client needs into system requirements, manage a small team of analysts, and drive delivery of Pension Outsourcing projects. You will work with clients, developers, and Pension Administration teams to ensure high-quality outcomes within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits and/or outsourcing engagements in a Pension Outsourcing system development environment.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role required.
• Ability to gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.
• Ability to define complex system configuration, table updates, reporting requirements, and supporting documentation.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and executing test plans, including component, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools to improve software delivery quality and efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into system specifications, configuration requirements, and testing approaches.
• Create and execute database queries based on understanding of the data model.
• Coordinate testing with developers and stakeholders and drive defects to resolution.
• Partner with Pension Administration and Retirement teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Support release, implementation, and production support activities.
