Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Health and Benefits Director to lead the client service team, fostering relationships across client organizations and guiding design and management of health and welfare programs. The role includes new business generation, senior relationship management, and collaboration with experts on cutting edge solutions.

The role emphasizes leading project teams, mentoring juniors, and ensuring delivery quality while aligning with client objectives and WTW standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience designing/managing complex health and welfare plans in consultancy or brokerage.
• Ability to expand relationships with current clients.
• Polished oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills.
• MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining.
• CEBS or related health/welfare training preferred; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as project manager for clients, guiding plan creation, delivery, budgets and timelines.
• Advise clients to ensure superior service and outcomes.
• Participate in vendor procurement, negotiation, implementation and optimization.
• Coordinate resources in health management, absence, disability, pharmacy, data analytics and compliance.
• Support new business opportunities and expand existing engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior team members.
• Review client deliverables for alignment with objectives and excellence standards.
