Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Denver seeks a Pension Outsourcing Payroll- Associate Manager to lead the pension payroll function and related retirement administration activities. You will mentor a team, serve as SME, and coordinate client deliverables under the guidance of a Director.

Responsibilities include managing workflows, updating documentation, and leading internal and client workstreams to ensure data integrity and timely monthly processing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in administration of defined benefit plans or pension administration.
• Experience consulting on pension administration projects and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/benefits administration or related field; CEBS or actuarial training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to ensure delivery of pension payroll and related services.
• Manage client deliverables and monthly processing matters.
• Oversee workflow, SLAs, and escalation handling with internal and client teams.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and knowledgebase updates.
• Lead client and vendor meetings related to pension payroll topics.
