Willis Towers Watson seeks a Business Director to support Pension Outsourcing client delivery by translating business needs into system requirements, configuration, testing activities, and operational solutions.

You will manage a small team of business analysts, collaborate with clients, Pension Administration teams, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate, high-quality work within defined scope, timelines and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits and/or outsourcing engagements in a Pension Outsourcing system development environment.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and testing approaches.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and executing test plans including UAT.
• Ability to design complex system configuration and reporting requirements.
