Qualifikationen

• Experience in benefits and/or outsourcing engagements in a Pension Outsourcing system development environment.
• 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.
• Ability to understand system scope and communicate impacts to teams.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
