Job summary

WTW Retirement consultants seek a Pension Outsourcing Manager to lead defined benefit plan administration for clients, act as day-to-day project manager, and mentor analysts. You will design and oversee client deliverables, ensure accuracy, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance with plan documents and regulations.

You'll collaborate with senior directors, manage budgets and timelines, and develop less experienced staff on a path to advancement in a fast-paced benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of defined benefit plan administration and manual calculation experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in mathematics, statistics, finance, or quantitative field.
• Strong knowledge of defined benefit plan design fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, professional and client-focused.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
• In-office presence: 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services.
• Respond to and resolve complex issues, including escalated client and colleagues.
• Review work and deliverables of analysts.
• Raise issues as appropriate to directors.
• Enhance expertise in retirement plan design and administration.
• Be on a career path with growth and advancement.
• Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Develop and train less experienced associates.
