Job summary

Plymouth Housing Group seeks a dedicated Peer Support Manager to oversee the peer-support program across properties in the Seattle area. You will supervise Certified Peer Support Specialists and drive resident-centered, harm-reduction aligned services.

Work closely with Integrated Care and Resident Well-Being teams to expand peer services, develop curricula, and ensure ethical practice. Strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years in the program specialty.
• Active Washington State PSS certification required, unless holding another qualifying credential.
• Four+ years experience in social services or related field.
• Two+ years supervisory or lead experience; peer-support staff preferred.
• Experience in clinical/behavioral health or substance-use-disorder services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Certified Peer Support Specialists across Plymouth Housing properties.
• Provide supervision, including reflective practice and documentation review.
• Support onboarding, professional development, training and retention.
• Ensure confidentiality, consent, boundaries, and ethical use of lived experience.
• Lead development of resident groups and peer-program tools.
