ColumbiaCare Services in Medford, OR is seeking an Outpatient & Housing Peer Program Manager to oversee peer treatment services across outpatient and housing programs.

You will implement peer-led self-help groups, supervise Peer Support Specialists, provide training, advocacy, and ensure high-quality peer-delivered services while coordinating with clinical teams. The role also involves audits of electronic health records and staff performance evaluations.

Competenze

• QMHA eligibility: hold or pursue QMHA registration per Oregon regulations.
• Certification as Peer Support Specialist (PSS) or Peer Wellness Specialist (PWS) through Oregon Health Authority with 1+ year of direct Peer Support experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Willing and able to become a Peer Support Specialist Trainer within one year of hire.
