ColumbiaCare Services is seeking an Outpatient & Housing Peer Program Manager to oversee peer treatment services in Outpatient and Supportive Housing. The role includes implementing peer-led self-help groups, training facilitators, and supervising Peer Support Specialists across clinical programs.

This full-time position emphasizes program coordination, staff development, and ongoing training to enhance peer-delivered services, with a focus on QMHA standards and recovery-oriented outcomes.

Competenze

• Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field is required.
• Minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting is acceptable alternative.

Mansioni

• Oversee peer treatment services in Outpatient and Supportive Housing.
• Implement peer-led self-help groups and train facilitators.
• Supervise Peer Support Specialist staff and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate with programs and provide advocacy and consultation on peer-delivered services.
• Audit electronic health records and ensure compliance.
