Job summary

Plymouth Housing is seeking a Peer Support Manager to lead the organization’s peer-support program across multiple housing properties in the Greater Seattle area. You will supervise Certified Peer Support Specialists and the Lead Peer, ensuring resident-centered services aligned with Housing First, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities include supervision, staff development, onboarding, and program development, with collaboration across Integrated Care, Resident Well-Being,

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Certified Peer Support Specialist certification required.
• Four+ years in social services or related field, with supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• Experience with recovery-oriented, harm-reduction approaches and resident-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Certified Peer Support Specialists and Lead Specialist across properties.
• Provide administrative supervision, feedback, and ethical guidance.
• Support onboarding, professional development, retention, and staff wellness.
• Ensure confidentiality, documentation, boundaries, and best practices.
• Develop peer-program tools, training curricula, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify needs and improve services.
