Job summary

We Care Daily Clinics in Seattle, WA is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist Supervisor to lead the clinic-based CPSS team and ensure DOH compliance within the interdisciplinary care framework.

You will oversee supervision, mentorship, scheduling, and program operations while advocating for trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care and professional standards within a collaborative leadership structure.

Qualifications

• WA State Certified Peer Support Specialist credential with DOH supervisor status.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Certified Peer Support Specialist.
• Minimum 1 year in coaching, team leadership, or supervision.
• Strong understanding of the Peer Specialist Code of Ethics, professional boundaries, and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and organizational skills.
• Self-identify as in recovery from mental health and/or substance use and have lived experience.
• Commitment to recovery values including self-determination and empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and professional development of CPSS staff.
• Ensure compliance with Washington DOH requirements.
• Coordinate supervision schedules and program operations.
• Educate interdisciplinary teams on the value of peer support.
• Maintain trauma-informed, culturally relevant, non-judgmental care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Advocate for members and connect to recovery resources.
• Oversee peer staff and trainees, and report to Director of Recovery Programs.
