ColumbiaCare Services is seeking an Outpatient & Housing Peer Program Manager in Medford, OR. The role oversees peer services across outpatient and housing projects, implementing peer-led groups and training facilitators.

You will supervise staff, evaluate performance, and ensure EHR compliance, while building collaborative relationships. The position requires QMHA eligibility, PSS or PWS certification with 1+ year of direct peer work, plus at least 1 year of supervision, and a willingness to

Qualifications

• Eligible for QMHA registration; three option criteria listed on the role page.
• Certified as a Peer Support Specialist or Peer Wellness Specialist with at least 1 year of direct experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
• Must be willing to become a Peer Support Specialist Trainer within one year of hire.
• Willingness to obtain Oregon Driver's License and pass DHS background check if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Oversee peer treatment services across outpatient and housing programs.
• Implement peer-led self-help groups and train peer facilitators.
• Supervise Peer Support Specialist staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Audit electronic health records and maintain program collaborations.
