ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Medford, Oregon, is seeking an Outpatient & Housing Peer Program Manager to oversee peer treatment services in Outpatient and Supportive Housing.

The role will implement peer-led self-help groups, develop curricula and resources, and train peer facilitators, while providing clinical and operational supervision of Peer Support Specialists and auditing electronic health records.

Competenze

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration.
• Certified as a Peer Support Specialist (PSS) or Peer Wellness Specialist (PWS) through the Oregon Health Authority plus one year of direct work experience as a Peer Support Specialist.
• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• Willing to become a PSS Trainer within one year of hire.
