Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a PDS Sourcing Contracts Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage the full lifecycle of contracts across Property and Facility Management services. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate complex agreements, and partner with internal teams to balance cost optimization with service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and drafting with understanding of legal terms and risk management.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-value contracts and achieving cost savings.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and conduct spend analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and onboarding for Property and Facility Management services.
• Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and drive cost savings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex service agreements and master service agreements with favorable terms.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and client account managers to ensure contract execution and alignment.
• Manage a portfolio of vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain contract databases and documentation ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and retention compliance.
• Monitor contract compliance and identify opportunities for consolidation or renegotiation to enhance value.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay informed on trends and opportunities.
• Support risk management by identifying contractual, financial, or operational risks and mitigation strategies
