Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Procurement and Sourcing Leader to establish and direct the sourcing function for our Project & Development Services team (Construction). You will build scalable processes, manage vendor relations, and ensure compliant, competitive bidding across the Americas.

The role requires a strong track record in procurement leadership, with expertise in vendor management, reporting, and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience.
• Proven track record managing high-volume sourcing operations.
• Deep knowledge of construction trades and subcontracting practices.
• Experience developing vendor prequalification programs and dashboards.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sourcing processes to meet contractual obligations.
• Establish vendor prequalification, performance management, and reporting.
• Manage 150-500 sourcing events annually across numerous projects.
• Develop vendor libraries and databases by trade and geography.
• Collaborate with client procurement teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance, risk, and continuous improvement opportunities.
