Daimler Truck North America is seeking a PDC leader in Las Vegas to guide supervisory staff, optimize schedules, and drive continuous improvement across the Parts Distribution Center. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve throughput, safety, and service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a BS/BA and 7 years of experience in a high-volume setting, plus Lean expertise and strong leadership.

• BS/BA and 7 years in high-volume manufacturing or logistics.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution or transportation.
• Lean/Continuous Improvement tools and principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to coach and develop employees.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership to supervisory staff in the PDC.
• Plan schedules, staffing, and production sequences to maximize productivity.
• Lead PDC Continuous Improvement effort.
• Lead and implement TOS process for PDC.
• Analyze data to identify production problems and develop improvements.
• Manage safety, security, vendor management, and equipment issues.
• Oversee warehouse layout, space utilization, and slotting.
• Develop/monitor budgets and expenses for PDC.
• Inventory control and customer service activities including returns.
• Coordinate quality and throughput goals with PDC Manager.
• Point of contact for audits.
• Engage in tactical and strategic planning.
• Super User for SAP, DView, IMS and systems.
• Determine staffing levels and recruitment with PDC Manager.
• Interpret company policy for workforce.
• Facilitate problem solving between PDC and corporate.
• Other duties as assigned; support safe environment.
