Job summary

PACCAR Parts is seeking a senior operations leader to direct shift warehouse activities in a large distribution center in the Renton area. You will guide a team of 65+ associates and supervisors, drive improvements, and manage budgets while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service to dealers and customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across the PACCAR Parts network, with travel and relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of related industry work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership and supervision experience.
• Six Sigma certification; Green or Black Belt preferred.
• Distribution, logistics, manufacturing, quality, supply chain or inventory control experience.
• Ability to manage technical projects, such as radio frequency and voice picking.

Responsibilities

• Direct all shift warehouse operations in a 265,000 square foot facility and ensure efficient product flow.
• Lead with integrity, promote teamwork and effective communication across the organization.
• Manage within cost, productivity, quality, inventory control, customer service, and safety metrics.
• Foster continuous improvement using data and metrics to drive culture of accountability.
• Operate within approved Operating and Capital budgets.
• Oversee outbound freight logistics for quality at minimum cost.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation and development.
• Prepare and coordinate reports and information; participate in special projects.
• Maintain positive dealer/customer relationships and market knowledge.
